Lauratta Tice, a resident at Brookdale Gables Farmington, was featured on WFSB's "Mommy Monday." Decades ago, Lauratta held a big position at Emhart Corporation at a time when it was unusual for women to work outside of the home. Through this position she started lecturing to area college business classes in upwards of 100 students per class, and all without a college degree.
