Linda leads four to eight fitness classes at Brookdale Canyon Lakes five days a week. She has helped build trust with residents and families by sharing her knowledge, expertise, and cheerful personality. Linda also helped organize a resident bell choir which has become a beloved community tradition. The residents Linda serves have credited her with helping build up their strength and perform “miracles” to reduce their pain and allow them to regain mobility. She has earned their trust as an expert in senior fitness.
