Brookdale Senior Living’s Talent Management department has joined an elite group – it has been included in Training magazine’s “2021 Training Top 100” list! The magazine, whose audience includes Learning & Development leaders from around the country, will reveal exactly where in the list Brookdale ranks during a ceremony on February 8, 2021.
“We’re excited to be included on this prestigious list,” said Tanya Fitzgerald, Brookdale’s Vice President of Talent Management. “It’s the result of the hard work of our department’s team members and reflects Brookdale’s commitment to our 46,000 associates across the country. I believe that this recognition is significant because it is based on the total Training and Human Resources scope for the entire organization; not just a single training program.”
The scoring was based on four parts: training programming and scope, tuition reimbursement, training infrastructure and delivery, and HR data such as turnover, average length of service, and jobs filled by internal candidates.
Fitzgerald said, “For me, this really shows that Brookdale is a learning organization that invests in training for our associates across the board.”
