Brookdale Palestine is honoring 104-year-old resident Jessie Kraus for National Centenarian's Day. Since retiring at age 82, Ms. Kraus continues to live what she calls a happy and simple life reflecting and giving advice.

Olive Pasek is 101 and lives at Brookdale Charlotte East. Pasek shared her first thoughts of moving to Charlotte and what she thinks helped her live past 100.
